Endeavor Catalyst closes $320M Fund V as European activity accelerates
The close takes assets under management past $850M, while the firm says Europe has become its fastest-growing market. Its European offices recorded 12 investments in the first half of 2026.
Endeavor Catalyst has closed Fund V at $320M, and assets under management now exceed $850M. The firm says Europe is its fastest-growing market, after 12 investments through its European offices in the first half of 2026. Those figures place the fund’s new close alongside a marked increase in activity across its European portfolio.
The fund is part of Endeavor, a global entrepreneur network, and backs companies led by founders selected into that network. Its investments are made alongside other venture and growth investors, with Catalyst taking 10% of each round. That co-investment structure means its fund capital is intended to sit beside capital from other investors.
European activity spans ten markets
Endeavor Catalyst reports more than 90 investments across 10 European markets: Bulgaria, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Spain, Turkey and Ukraine. Its portfolio includes Bending Spoons, ElevenLabs, Preply, ICEYE and Fever. The firm also says European companies raised $3.3bn in rounds that Catalyst joined across 2025 and the first half of 2026.
Catalyst’s recent European investments include EnduroSat, founded in Bulgaria, and HappyRobot AI, whose founders are Spanish. Its other early investments include Replit, Moove, Preply, Cashea, Respond.io and Lunar Outpost. These names illustrate the reach of the fund’s activity, while the reported investment count provides a broader measure of its pace.
The close expands a co-investment pool
Investors oversubscribed Fund V, according to the firm, and the close lifts its assets under management past $850M. Managing partner Allen Taylor wrote that Catalyst invests 10% of each round, and that the $320M fund should bring in at least $3.2bn from other investors. The expected additional capital is a projection described in Taylor’s letter, rather than a reported amount already invested.
Across its five funds, Catalyst has backed 437 companies in 44 markets, according to Endeavor’s global announcement. The announcement also says 83 companies reached valuations of $1bn or more and records 39 exits, including 11 IPOs. Endeavor’s entrepreneurs account for 30% of Fund V’s investors, and founders of Nubank, Revolut, LinkedIn, Snowflake, Checkout.com, Globant and Careem are among its backers.
The firm sets out further investment plans
Pete Benedetto, head of Europe for Endeavor Catalyst, said Fund V would support European founders seeking capital to build global companies. The firm expects to invest another $25M to $30M by the end of 2026. Its investment pace, the amount of outside capital ultimately brought into rounds, and the progress of its European companies remain points to follow.
The reported 12 investments cover the first half of 2026, while the comparison figures are 14 in all of 2025 and seven in 2024. The firm has not provided a further breakdown of those investments in the supplied account. The next disclosed activity and any update to the stated investment plan will show how the fund deploys its capital.
